Package Your Gear
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact to qualify for a refund.
Label and Post
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
